May Newsletter The Little Stars
May in the Little Stars class is going to be very busy. In May we celebrate May Day and Hawaiiana. We will be doing a lot of activities like making ukulele’s, we will do fish painting, painting ipu’s, making lei’s, petrogliph stamping, flower collage, and many more activities.
We are approaching summer and it has been getting hot so we will be doing water play a lot. Please bring in a swimsuit/swim shorts, swimmers because they don’t fall apart when they get really wet, sunscreen, and a towel. PLEASE LABEL ALL ITEMS WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME. We will be leaving these items here so don’t bring your child’s good clothes.
The Little Stars would like to THANK Julia and Sarah’s family, Lewen’s family, Mason’s family, Mrs. Mossman, and Mrs. Nikki for donating all the goodies the children got for Easter. WE really appreciate your donations. We would also like to THANK Mason’s mom for donating her time to help with the Keiki Karnival.
Don’t forget the school will be closed on Monday May 31, 2010 for Memorial Day. Please enjoy the day with your family.
